How do we work?

A three part process in which we ensure teachable concepts are explored together, application is practiced in context and groups are energised and enabled to share and replicate their learning. This ensures that impact is sustained over time.

How we work is underpinned by our conceptual framework for learning which recognises four areas for our decision making.

  • Architecture of environment: curating safe yet challenging learning spaces.

  • Science of Design: Using our knowledge of learning to design experiences to enable great learning.

  • Art of Delivery: Effective instruction which diagnoses and responds directly to needs.

what is the impact?

we see a shift in identity, behaviour and confidence. This is observed in classrooms, in leadership practice and when enabling others. Significantly we experienced staff showing up at their best and thriving when facing challenging circumstances e.g during the pandemic and during OFSTED visits. Testimonials show us that when staff are at their best the children are able to flourish.
